All images are the property of their respective owners and are to be used for non-commercial purposes only. To our knowledge, all of the images contained within this site are public domain and can be found elsewhere on the internet, either as scanned images, wallpaper, desktop backgrounds or other types of images. If this is not the case, please contact us and we will remove the copyrighted items. Please note that every visitor of PicDrive.net can upload wallpapers to PicDrive.net, therefore PicDrive.net is not responsible for wallpapers its visitors have uploaded. Under the conditions of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act you may submit a Takedown Request if you find an image on PicDrive.net that is hosted on ec.darkeffects.net for which you are the copyright holder, and we will endeavour to investigate your request and take appropriate action in a timely fashion.

Members of ec.darkeffects.net are also a members of other Carrz-Fox-Fire Promotions websites such as but not limited to PicDrive.net Image Hosting, and there for have permission to use Picdrive.net as storage for their images and media of sorts to be hosted on ec.darkeffects.net. We use Username and Passwords for members to access certain areas of ec.darkeffects.net. This helps to keep the members information safe and allows for a friendly environment for our members to upload their images to PicDrive.net and to conduct their educational teaching on ec.darkeffects.net. Members provide the following information to PicDrive.net, ec.darkeffects.net, and our parent company Carrz-Fox-Fire Promotions when they register with one of ec.darkeffects.net or one of Carrz-Fox-Fire Promotions other sites. First and Last name, Email, zip code, gender other information includes but is not required physical address, city, state, country and phone number. In the future, we may require additional information from our members for security purposes. All information is kept private and will never be sold or traded with other sites outside of Carrz-Fox-Fire Promotion hosted websites.

Carrz-Fox-Fire Security Team will gather such information the members IP Address in order to reduce the amount of SPAM or Illegal activity that the member may try to conduct on said site.
